After forgetting to add my two kids to the booking, probably from reading too many hotel reviews, I immediately jumped into live chat where Dawn was fast, efficient and polite. She quickly shot out info to the hotel to add them and I got an email confirmation showing them added. Very painless! I look forward to using this site again for my next hotel, park and fly needs.
