Park sleep option is great..always my pick for staying near MSP!

Hotel was clean and nice. In a nice area where I felt good about leaving my car for 7 nights. The shuttle was easy to catch in the morning. It is a first come/first get on type situation and runs every 30 minutes. I called when I returned and they came and picked us up with in 15 minutes.

Room was clean and large enough for 4 to be comfortable

Nice hotel close to airport. Room was 100% though pillows are so so. Website shows additional days parking at $10 per day but they told us it is $12 per day.

Room and hotel great. Timing of shuttles to the different terminals wasn’t clear and resulted in a half hour delay getting to the airport so ask for clarity in timing

Stay and fly option is really good.

Very close to airport and shuttle was prompt and courteous. Check in was easy. Rooms were nice and quite despite being so close to airport.

We did a reverse Park And Fly and it was a great experience. Quiet hotel, easy to get to and quick shuttle service to and from airport!

Everything went very well from check in to my ride to the airport. I would have given the hotel a 5 but did a 4 instead because of the parking. I was told that the long term parking was covered but unfortunately it was Not! The other problem is that the piles of icy snow were not removed. Thankfully I have a smaller suv so it fit between the snow piles. I did notice that the only spaces that were cleared were the handicap.
