Starting with the night clerk Pavan who talked us through their Uber/shuttle process by phone , everything went beautifully. While the room was a little be physically small, it didn’t really matter. The shower was new and gorgeous. The duvet on the bed was so soft and snuggly that I wished I had it at home. Sheets were crisp and smelled lovely. We both slept like babies. Cannot rate the breakfast, because we did not eat there, having overslept. Great nights stay.! Will stay again. Good job Four Points!

The hotel was great, the front desk morning person wasn’t very helpful. On checking I was told that I would receive a receipt at check out. When I asked about getting a receipt I was told that it would be sent to my email. Still haven’t received an

Hotel location is about 20 min drive from the airport. There was no traffic and the transfer service was timely, efficient and pleasant. Rooms are renovated. Big, comfortable bed and nice, big shower too. I would definitely stay there again. Shout out to Bulgarian staff at reception desk!
