Great hotel, rooms were nice the staff very friendly and simple to park your car while traveling.
Stay was good. Close to airport and able to leave car while on trip.
We arrived very early after a 14 hour flight and the front desk attendant was very helpful in trying to get us in early (We had used Park and Stay and left our car there seven days before) We had to wait in a very nice lobby for about an hour, but it was comfortable and we were notified as soon as a room became available. Our main reason for staying was to rest up after our trip before driving home. The room was large and comfortable. The beds (after the flight) were wonderful. We slept the day away and went down for Happy Hour which, due to construction, was not "happy". It was well after five p.m. but they were still drilling and the sounds filled the entire restaurant. It sounded like a dentist and although the waiter said he would see what he could do, it continued. Too bad, because the food was great and we really would have liked to have stayed longer.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. If you are using this as a STAYPARK travel location arrange a shuttle before you get there unless you are a group. A cab costs $58.00 to get to LAX and $58.00 to get back to get your car. That takes away the savings on the parking. The Super Shuttle costs $21.00 but if you don't arrange it in advance they may not be able to provide you service.
Everyone was friendly and professional. But they didn't come across stuffy just the right amount of kindness.
Good rest before my trip
Off to Disney from PHL. Stayed one night, park the car for 8 nights. Beautiful room. Hot showers. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything we needed. Family of 15 were seated comfortably at the tables in lobby to eat dinner. Shuttle was on time, clean, and driver very helpful and courteous. Lisa at front desk was beyond sweet and accommodating. All following covid guidelines. Perfect and we will be back.
Good food at the bar and restaurant..Bar was open late with a great menu.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. I wasn’t really expecting much for the price but the place is very clean and we got breakfast to boot. Would definitely stay here again
Close to LAX quiet priced well...I would return and recommend.
Had an early flight out of LAX. Reservation was easy. Check in was breeze. Room was spacious and very clean. Parking was adjacent to hotel on second level. Hotel has a Starbucks, Jimmy Johns sandwich shop and a pizza place on property. Shuttle to airport was prompt and ride to airport drop off was maybe 5 minutes. Was advised by driver when we return to pick up your luggage and go to the arrival level ( escalator ride up) then go to curb and look for the red flag pick up area and wait for the shuttle that has you hotel name, worked perfect. We will be back.

The staff was amazing. Very convenient to park with shuttle to LAX. Spacious room with nice views. Will definitely stay here again.
