Easy check in. Polite staff. Easy to park. Room very nice and comfortable. Loved having more space than most hotels. Quiet! Heard nothing. Room a good temp. Shuttle to the airport was prompt and the driver was polite.
This was our first time at Aloft and we were very happy with both the parking while we were away, and the hotel room. Also the shuttle service was on time and all this helped greatly with our trip!
Our room was comfortable and clean and the best part was the hotel is 2 min away from the airport. The breakfast was the best part!!

We have stayed here a couple of times now when we have an early flight from Buffalo. We take the stress of getting delayed at the border out by coming down the night before we fly. Very close to the airport, eating and shopping if you want that. Staff are helpful.
From the moment of check in with Nancy the experience was amazing! The property is brand new and extremely well kept. From the entryway to the cafe to the room to the pool/hot tub area. Nancy has the most amazing customer service. When I found out they no longer had shuttle service she did everything to accommodate me by helping me find a shuttle service to pick me up.
